About Me
I have been a REALTOR® for more than twenty years, licensed in WV, Ohio, and now Missouri. During that time I have received the Accredited Buyer’s Agent designation, the Graduate Realtor Institute, the Seller’s Representative Specialist, as well as the a Workforce Housing Specialist. (That is what all those letters after my name mean.) Bottom line, I have the education AND experience to help you in every part of residential real estate.
I work daytime, evenings, weekends. This is my full-time job, and my ONLY job. Are you a first-time home buyer? I can answer ALL your questions! And I help you find the financing that is best for you. Are you a seller who doesn’t quite know where to start in getting ready to put your home on the market? Start with me! Most of my listings sell in less than a week, because of my ability to price a house so it will sell for the highest price in the shortest length of time.
